Rhipsalis
The Rhipsalis is a cacti genus plant, also known as mistletoe cactus is easy to grow and has very minimal needs. With long, trailing stems making them perfect choices as the home interior in a northern or western window.
Planting & Care
SunLight: Rhipsalis prefers bright, indirect light and can tolerate direct morning and evening light.
Soil: Use a Well-draining, rich, and slightly acidic soil mixture. Potted plants benefit from a saucer filled with rocks and water to increase the ambient humidity
Watering: Water frequently in spring and summer, but suspend water in winter.
Fertilizer: Fertilize with a half dilution of cactus food from April to September, once per month.
Temperature: Can grow in average temperature between 60°F to 80°F (16-27°C). Not frost resistant.
Pruning: Prune to maintain size and remove dead foliage.
